I’ve spent my whole adult life in sales, marketing, and building founder‑led businesses. The pattern was always the same: work harder, take on more, try to sell my way out of every problem.
One night, I was in my home office in Orange County, CA, staring at a 60‑inch monitor. My task list was endless. Every important decision and every fire still ran through me. Earlier in my career, I co-founded Revolution Golf with Justin Tupper, and helped grow it into the world’s largest digital golf platform before a major exit to NBC Sports. I understood marketing, funnels, and numbers. Later, I went deep on Alex Hormozi’s $100M frameworks and pressure‑tested them across multiple businesses. But I still hadn’t fixed the core problem: everything depended on me.
